The Aqua-Lung Arrow is one of the Internet’s favorite baffling arrows. As an example of an unnecessary device to put on an arrow, tops the list. It appears in a single panel, a single unfathomable panel.
The best part of that is the dubious look on Speedy’s face. Even he can’t believe GA put a scuba mask on an arrow shaft. Who was he planning on shooting with that arrow? Maybe that’s why Speedy has that look, he just knew somehow that was meant for him.
