Rain Arrow

The Rain Arrow was Green Arrow’s earliest fire fighting trick. Later on he would develop a much more efficient chemical extinguisher arrow. The Rain Arrow was fine for very small fires.

It saw more use in the old days as a tool of deception, a real trick arrow. When used in conjunction with other tricks (Firecracker Arrow, Moon Arrow, etc.) GA could create the illusion of a genuine rainstorm. A very short rainstorm. For very gullible people.

The mechanics of the rain arrow are different from the standard Water Arrow. The trick actually holds more water and releases its payload in a manner reminiscent of a light rainfall. It covers a larger area in a broad sprinkling rather than a single surge.
